After consultation and contracting, we ask our clients to pay 30% of the design fee in advance, and the remainder at the end of the project.

The duration of the planning process varies for each project, depending on the size of the planned building, the complexity of the task and the scope of modifications. At the time of consultation, the timeframe is discussed with the client and is also set out in the contract.
