about us

meet our team

The word “Hemma” means “home” in Swedish, and a large part of our projects are family house designs, with the aim of designing living spaces that are good to be at home in, with homes, interiors and gardens that offer the best in both appearance and usability.

Our team of four is made up of experienced professionals whose work is also their passion. We believe that the work doesn’t start at the drawing board, but by getting to know the client thoroughly, and we value ongoing communication throughout the process.
Our client base is primarily from Pest County, but we are happy to undertake projects anywhere in the country, from sleek modern buildings to reimagined farmhouses.

The design process

1

Consultation

During the personal consultation, we get to know the client, their ideas and financial possibilities, so that we can develop the most suitable plan.

2

Concept plan

After surveying the site, we will prepare sketch plans, taking into account the conditions and regulations. We then proceed with the concept that best suits the client.

3

Estimate of costs

At the beginning of the design process, it is possible to get a simplified (preliminary) cost estimate. This is often a great help to the client in considering the budget for the project.

4

Authorisation design documentation

Our company provides a full service in terms of licensing procedures, we carry out the necessary consultations for the licensing process.

5

Execution design documentation

After obtaining a building permit or following a simplified notification procedure, the Client has the option of requesting a detailed construction plan, which we always recommend as it gives precise and clear instructions to the contractors.

6

Project follow-up

Before the start of construction, we review the plans with the chosen contractor, answer any technical questions and clarify the technical content of the contractor’s commitment.
